XXTT Bar Selection | The Essential Asia’s 50 Best Bar Guide
We spent our summer eating and drinking through Bangkok all the way from Thonglor to Silom. It was amazing and life-filling. This week we are heading out with @CocktailUncle, not for a regular bar hop night, but only at the best of the best. Ticking all the Thailand’s Bars featured on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2016.

This bar is all about friendship among friends who share the same passion for nightlife and aesthetics of living. Over at Q&A no food is served here as you focus only on their drinks. No.27 | Teens of Thailand
Hiding behind a rugged wooden door is Teens Of Thailand. Teens of Thailand is position on 27th place. What we really like about here is their vast collection of gin or should we just say TOT itself it a gin bar, from Hendrick’s to Tanquerray, expect to taste rare collection of gin over here.
No.34 | Bamboo Bar
Next stop is Bamboo Bar, The Oriental Hotel. After the renovation in 2014, Bamboo grew in size and reputation internationally. With the interior preserve the building history and character, cocktails here are masterful blends with modernity and innovation by the Mandarin Oriental’s award winning mixologist team .
No.41 | Maggie Choo’s
The stories of Maggie Choo started in 1931 where the owner of a Shanghai cabaret fled her hometown and arrived in Bangkok where she found a small Chinese restaurant hidden into a basement 10 meters below Silom room and it is here where she discovered back her touch and created this magical underground cabaret which is full of mystery, romance, jazz and a reminiscent of Shanghai 1930.
Nos.50 | Hyde & Seek Gastro Bar
For the last stop of the night, we head for a playful culinary experience served by Chef Ian Kittichai & Chef Peter Pitakwong to pair with our cocktails. Hyde & Seek has always been a favoured haunt for the locals and expats and for us too.
